According to most Preterists ASSUME ALL are in the New Heavens and Earth after 70AD. And yet, the picture in Revelation of the New Heavens and Earth ONLY pictures New Jerusalem, and ONLY pictures the tree of life. Which means if ALL are now in the New Heavens and Earth (where righteousness dwells) then ALL also are also partakes of the Tree of Life in a world where there is "no sin-related death". Making the New Heavens and Earth as a post 70AD period is the result of so many errors. Here are a few examples.

BESIDES, DID THEY SURVIVE THE PRESENT HEAVENS AND EARTH JUDGMENT WHICH IS """RESERVED""" FOR THE JUDGMENT OF UNGODLY MEN???)
