This statement really demonstrates the historical focus of preterists. Claiming Christians were some how magically transformed in 70ad, and now they maintain multiple catagories for a pre- and post- 70ad period, and making them sound like they are different. I would love to know how specifically a Christian is different before or after 70ad. What in the world is a post-Parousia Christian and where is that found in the bible? They believe the culminative fulfillment of those magnanimous heavenly promises but tell you they are found in this temproal realm in 70ad. Their view tells you that it is heavenly but in 70ad, spiritual but in 70ad. Now how is this a biblical view?

. . . in order for post-Parousia Christians to experience the culminative fulfillment of those magnanimous heavenly promises that only the pre-Parousia believers actually experienced at the Parousia, they, too, would later be transported into the heavenly realm at the time of physical death, receiving their glorious spiritual bodies just as the pre-Parousia believers already had.
