Virgil Vaduva: "Gates are Open" but "Door is Shut"

(Matthew 25:10) And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.

So the question is, according to Preterists, Matt 25:10 is refering to AD70. So if the door was shut in AD70, when was it reopened? So are the doors open or not?

Virgil Vaduva "As long as the temple was there and animal sacrifices were taking place that was not possible...now however the gates are wide open."
